By Purchasing a Track You are Agreeing To and acknowledging 1 or more of the following below.
[EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS]
By purchasing the exclusive rights to a track "beat" you obtain the Masters "which is an original digital recording" of the track which gives you the full ownership rights of the track and unlimited distributions!
It can be used for commercial gain, such as albums, Mainstream Media, radio, movies, TV, commercial, record label recordings, music sales. In addition, it can also be used for mixtapes, demos, shows, gigs at clubs, contests, films, etc! Producer shall receive mechanical royalties of 2.5% or more in the even the artist distributes 10,000 copies or more.
The exclusive track cannot be chopped up to be used as a sample for another beat. It can be edited and modified for vocal recordings such as, chop and screwing, Fade in and Fade out, looping, and other various recording procedures!
Credit must be given to the producer.
If any samples are used on exclusive rights tracks, the buyer would be informed of so.
All Exclusive tracks will be removed from sale upon purchase.
[LEASE RIGHTS]
By leasing a track you hereby agree that you don't own exclusive rights to the track but you are, allowed to use it! A leased copy of the track allows you to use the digital recorded track for promotional purposes only such as, mixtapes, demo tapes, practice, small gig shows, clubs, talent shows, and exposure.
However you cannot record a mainstream album with these tracks "beats" or use them for commercial gain because Chaotic Remedies Entertainment and Chaos Beats still owns the masters to said track.Being that the track is leased, Chaos Beats & Chaotic Remedies Entertainment have the right to resell the track unlimitedly until the exclusive rights license is purchased.
Your allowed up to 2,000 profitable distributions for a term length of 1 year.
I highly recommend leasing if you aren't ready to go pro or get you're tracks Digitally Mastered for radio or commercial use!
[BEATS CONTAINING SAMPLES]
Chad Darden a.k.a "Chaos Beats" & Chaotic Remedies Entertainment are not responsible for the clearing of samples. The artist/label accepts full responsibility to get all samples used in the track clear.Chaos Beats and Chaotic Remedies Entertainment cannot and will not be held liable for the misuse of any sampled material that the Buyer uses in conjunction with the original beat composition that is being licensed in this agreement.
In the event that the song from the recording is published, utilizing the beat, the buyer/artist/company (whichever applies) will assume all responsibility for setting the copyright infringement and the producer will not be liable. If the artist requires more of the information on the sample used on the track the artist should consult the producer for it.
Whether exclusive or leased the track should not be used for commercial gain, modified, nor duplicated until the artist gets the sample/s cleared. It is not the responsibility of the producer to clear any samples because the producer is receiving payment for the production work only (i.e, time spent constructing, composing, assembling the music composition) not for sampling and using someone elses work!
Chaos Beats & Chaotic Remedies Entertainment will be Glad to provide information regarding samples if consulted about them.
